Invoice Printing Process:

• Create a print file in the "Print Menu" by selecting "print to file" instead of a printer.
• Upload file to a secured website set up by the Bank. There are no files or software to install.
• Heritage Bank downloads the file for processing.
• An automatic email is sent to your business when the file is being downloaded.
• The file is processed, printed, stuffed and mailed.
• The statement is mailed in a two-windowed envelope with a return envelope included.

Additional Benefits:

• Invoice statements can be redesigned during this process at no cost.
• Optional tear-off for return payment.
• Statement message is possible if space permits.
• The cost of paper is included unless the form must be pre-printed.
• The cost of statement and return envelopes is included if stock envelopes are utilized.
