Business Cash Manager Online uses advanced Internet security algorithms to guard the privacy of your company's information and transactions.

Business Deposit Manager

Are you tired of making that daily dash to the bank? With Heritage Bank's remote deposit system, Business Deposit Manager, you can scan and submit your checks electronically from the convenience of your desktop. It's simple. All you need is an Internet-enabled PC with a browser and check scanner.

*PC Requirements: Operating System (Windows2000 w/Service Pack 4, or Window XP Professional w/Service Pack 2). USB 2.0 port for scanner connection. Software (Internet Explorer 6 or 7 and Adobe Reader 5 or 6).

Automated Clearing House (ACH) Transactions

The ACH product allows you to send and receive payments electronically. It also includes a wide variety of online inquiry and reporting options. The most common application is for payment of payroll taxes and/or direct deposit of payroll.

Zero Balance Accounts

This cash management tool allows you to consolidate multiple checking accounts into one account at the end of each day for reporting purposes. We will combine your designated checking account balances daily.

Sweep Account

A Sweep Account allows your business to maximize interest earned on your excess cash by investing those funds in a Money Market account. Or pay down a line of credit with excess funds, decreasing the amount of interest owed.

Business Online Statements

Our business customers now have the opportunity to “go green” by choosing to receive their bank statements electronically. Selecting online statements will allow you to safely and securely access your statements from a computer for free.

To sign up for Online Business Statements, log in to Online Business Banking and click on the Online Services link at the top of the page. Read the agreement and select "Accept". You will be able to view your Online Business Statements starting the next statement date.
