What should I do if I receive a suspicious e-mail claiming to be from Heritage Bank?
- If you receive such an email do not respond to it nor use the link within the e-mail.
- Please forward a copy of the message to Support@HeritageBankNW.com so we can further investigate the source of these messages.
- If you have inadvertently given out your Heritage Bank account information, immediately contact your local Heritage Bank branch.
- Report this e-mail fraud to the Federal Trade Commission through the Internet at www.consumer.gov/idtheft, or by calling 1-877-IDTHEFT and the FBI's Internet Fraud Compliance Center at www.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp.
