This easy-to-use service puts your account information at your fingertips 24 hours a day with a simple phone call from the comfort of your home or office.

Once you've connected with the HERITAGE ACCESS LINE, the voice prompt will guide you through your call, step-by-step.

With Heritage Access Line, you may:

  • Verify account information, deposit and loan account balances, deposits made and checks cleared
  • Transfer funds between checking and savings accounts*
  • Make loan payments*
  • Place a stop-payment on a check

First Time Callers

Have your Account Number and the Social Security Number registered to your account ready to use as your Access Code. For security reasons, you will be required to change your Access Code to another four-digit number of your choice. The voice prompt will guide you in setting up your new Access Code.

To find your account number, look for the last eleven digits at the bottom of your check. If you take your account number from your checking or savings statement, please remember to include all the 0's.

Security and Assistance Available

All of your HERITAGE ACCESS LINE information is completely confidential since you choose your own Access Code. If you wish to speak directly with a Customer Service Representative and you are calling between the hours of 7:30 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, simply press "0." You will be connected immediately with one of our friendly Representatives.

*Transfer Authorization form must be completed before transfers are accepted.
